This was one of the coolest shows I have done in a while. It was actually a 2 night event. The first night was for sound check and the next night was the actual show. I knew that The Mix was gonna be hot, I just had no idea how hot! When I got there, people were lining up outside and by the time the doors opened it was packed easily between 1000-1500 people! They ran a very tight schedule and there was a variety of ministry groups. I met some really cool people. Big up to my man Testimony. The crowd was very warm to me when I stepped on stage. They rocked with me from beginning to end. I got to speak with them about getting in the game! I even ran into some old friends (Kent Green). If ever I get to play the Mix again I will be all over it! What a great night of ministry! Thanks for inviting me out JT!

Church In The Farms
I had a great night tonight at Church in the Farms. What a live crowd of kids! I was 4 songs deep in my set when it happened. I was introducing the song Fishbowl. I told them that they need to yell it out like I was gonna give em money. Of course I rapidly recanted cause I didn't have cash on me. They must have felt bad for me because during the song, they kept bringing me money and putting it in my hand. I must have had like $8 dollars and some change. In all my ministry years, nothing has never, ever happened like that. I did not know what to do. I didn't know who to give the money back to. So as quickly as it got into my hand, they took it all back. LOL!!! It was a great night of music and ministry. Thanks for letting me hang CITF, and thank you Dale for the hang time afterward at Duffy's. Look forward to next time.

I had a really good time at the UYWI Reload Conference in Miami. Shots to Larry, Fred, Tommy and the whole crew! I was priviledged to lead a workshop entitled Understanding Hip-Hop to Reach A Hip-Hop Influenced Generation. There was alot of information given out and a lot of back a forth discussion between the attendees and myself. It was a great experience! Plus we had general sessions and worship. Every since I went to UYWI national conference two years ago, I had secretly wanted to be a worshop presenter but I never really said anything. God knew my heart and He cared. He granted my desire in His own timing. That's how my Dad does it yo! Thanks agin UYWI for the opportunity.

FL USA [map]August 25th, I got to rock my first house party. Well, let me explain. This started as an outdoor event, Then the rains came and kept coming. So the event was moved indoors. Hence the house party. It was alot of fun. A DJ set up in the dining room, and there were people everywhere. They even had a caterer on site. It was pretty dope. Best of alI, the event was close enough for my wife (Pam) and son (Micah)to come. Micah saw his pops rock for the first time! I of course will never forget that!!!!! Big up to Mike, Charles and the whole crew over at POH!

On 8/9/2007 I had a chance to be at one of the oldest African American churches in Palm Beach County Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church. Check out the link to their website to find out about the history.
I was the musical guest for their family revival with a youth emphisis.
I had a great time and Pastor KJ was very warm and made my feel very welcome.
It was good to see that a church so rich in history would welcome in a Holy Hip-Hop artist! More traditional churches, I think, should also consider this. Thanks for showing a brother love Tabernacle!
